The deal

By using VibeCircle you agree to these terms. If you don't, please uninstall and contact us to delete your data.

What VibeCircle is

An ambient social app that shows your friends' presence on your iOS Lock Screen via widgets. Free tier: 3 friends, basic widgets. Pro tier: unlimited friends, music sharing, exact distance, couple photo, custom partner features. Pro can be shared with one friend or partner at no extra cost (duo plan).

Your account

• You sign in anonymously — no email or password. Your account is tied to your iPhone's anonymous Firebase ID.
• Don't share your Vibe Code publicly; treat it like a phone number.
• You're responsible for what you write in your status, note, and display name. Don't impersonate, harass, or share illegal content.

Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our infrastructure.
• Send malicious links, spam, or harassment via notes/status.
• Use VibeCircle to track or surveil people without consent.
• Pretend to be VibeCircle staff or other users.

We may suspend or delete accounts violating this.

Pro subscription

• VibeCircle Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) billed via your Apple ID. Manage in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until period end. No refunds for partial periods.
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but provide VibeCircle "as is" without warranties. Outages happen. We're not liable for missed buzzes, lost vibes, or temporary widget freezes.

Liability

To the max extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months (zero for free users). We're not liable for indirect/consequential damages.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We can suspend accounts violating these terms or applicable law.

Law

Spanish law governs these terms. Disputes go to courts of Madrid, Spain — unless you're a consumer in another EU country, in which case your local consumer-protection rules apply.
