Welcome to Card Chess Battle, developed by Knightfall Studio. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Card Chess Battle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account.

3. Game Rules and Fair Play

• You agree to play fairly and not use cheats, exploits, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulation of matchmaking, ELO ratings, or tournament results is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate fair play rules.

4. In-App Purchases

Card Chess Battle offers optional in-app purchases for virtual coins. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded (except as required by law), or transferred.

5. Virtual Items

Cards, skins, boards, and other virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items at any time to maintain game balance.

6. User Conduct

When using online features, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames or profile content
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the app
• Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the game

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Card Chess Battle — including but not limited to artwork, animations, music, sound effects, card designs, game mechanics, and code — is the property of Knightfall Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Online Features

Online multiplayer, friend system, and tournaments require an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Card Chess Battle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knightfall Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
